Thai cuisine places an emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and layers
of flavour. The dishes are known for their balance of four fundamental taste senses in each dish or the
overall meal: sour, sweet, salty, and bitter or spicy. In our Thai Favorites class, participants will experience Thai tradition, flavours and aromas through few of the most popular Thai dishes that they create under the expert guidance of Chef Seefah, of the Thai and Japanese restaurant Seefah in Bandra, Mumbai. At the end of the class, participants can sit and dine together, or take their creations home to share with family.
