December 20 | 10:30am- 2:30pm | While Kashmir is known as one of the most parts of India, the cuisine from this region is lesser known. Join Chef Jasleen Marwah for an interactive Kashmiri Cooking Class, where she will be teaching few of the classic but lesser-known Kashmiri dishes. Jasleen will work with unique ingredients, and share tips from her years of experience.

You will learn:
- Phireen : Kashmiri Phirni made with Sooji
- Yakhni : Signature Kashmiri yogurt based gravy (Made with vegetables OR Made with chicken mutton)
- Rogan Josh (Non Veg) OR Dum Aloo (Veg)
- Tomato Paneer
- Nadru (lotus stem fries)

*After the class, the participants can sit in our Factory Cafe area together and relish their creations. Rice, Chaas and Kehwa will be served along with the meal.

After being a media professional for over 10 years, her first love remains cooking, talking and spreading her love for Kashmiri Food. Over the years she has evolved as a Kashmiri chef primarily because of her connection and love for the place. She is a self-taught chef who understands Kashmiri flavours and is able to recreate them. Raised in the valley, she takes every chance she gets to explore and learn more so that she can document the cuisine and cook more!
