The Chettinad cuisine is known for spicy recipes made using fresh ingredients. It personifies the adage that ‘Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication’. This class will bring to the table a few distinct dishes which are easy to make and brilliant to relish! The session will cover the cooking class followed by a dining event where you can sit around the table and partake the recipes cooked along with some additional Chettinad Fare!

-Applam and Vadam
Papad and fritters to add that extra crunch!
