Our Regional cuisine curriculum is specifically designed to discover the unexplored cuisines of the country and further hone your cooking skills. Participants will learn how to make traditional Indian classics from regions across the country. You will learn how to use local ingredients and spices to make classic Maharashtrian snacks, traditional Chettinad dishes, famous Mangalorean meals, flavourful biryanis, Gujarati Farsan, Kashmiri cuisine and more.
