Vegan Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredients For Vegan Chocolate Chips Cookies :
-Brown sugar: 3/4 cup
-Castor sugar: 1/2 cup
-Sea salt: 1 tsp
-Coconut oil: 1/2 cup
-Almond milk: 1/3 cup
-Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
-All purpose flour: 1 1/2 cup
-Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
-70% Dark chocolate, chopped: 1 cup (120 g)
--Mix both the sugars with the milk and vanilla and mix well.
-Add the coconut oil and mix again.
-Add the dry ingredients along with the chopped chocolate mix to form a dough.
-Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 25 minutes.
-Divide the dough into even portions and bake in a preheated 170c oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
-Serve warm with a sprinkle of sea salt & enjoy!
