Mango Streusel Verrine

Ingredients for Mango Streusel Verrine :

Butter: 125g
Brown sugar: 125g
Toasted Almond powder: 125g
Gluten-free flour/ almond flour/ quinoa flour : 105g
Sea salt: 2g

Cream cheese chantilly:
Cream: 150g
Cream cheese/ Greek Yogurt:150g
Mango purée: 75g
Sugar: 10g (depending on taste)

Fresh mangos 


- Knead butter, brown sugar, almond powder, flour, and salt together. Crumble on a baking paper-lined tray. Bake in the oven for 15 mins at 160c.
- In a mixer grinder blend double cream, cream cheese, or Greek yogurt with mango purée and sugar.
- In a serving bowl, add the crumble as the base, pour the cream cheese mix over it and garnish with fresh slices and cubes of Alphonso mango.
