Whole Wheat Lavash
Ingredients:
-Whole wheat flour (T150): 300 g
-Bread flour: 200 g
-Salt: 10 g
-Sugar: 10 g
-Butter: 75 g
-Pizza herbs and chili flakes mix: 10 g
-Water: 200 g
-Sesame seeds to sprinkle: optional
Methods :
-Mix all ingredients together in a mixer till it forms a dough. Let it rest for 30 mins.
-Sheet dough between two pieces of paper till 1.5' on the dough sheeter. Cut in triangles & bake at 150c for 10-12 mins.
-Relish with creamy hummus!
