Mixed Seeds and Dry Fruit Florentine Bars
-Butter: 275 g
-Sugar: 275 g
-Honey: 150 g
-All-purpose flour or quinoa flour: 75 g
-Orange peel, chopped: 150 g
-Pumpkin seeds: 100 g
-White sesame seeds: 75 g
-Black sesame seeds: 25 g
-Sunflower seeds: 100 g
-Dried fig, chopped: 20 g
-Almond flakes: 150 g
-Dark Chocolate for molding: 1 kg
-Melt the butter, sugar, and honey in a saucepan till it is warm and liquid.
-Add the flour and mix well. Mix the seeds, dried chopped figs and almond flakes, etc. Let the mixture cool.
-Bake the florentine in individual tartlet molds at 160C for 10-12 mins until golden brown.
-Cool it down and coat the base with melted chocolate. Let it set and enjoy your homemade healthy protein bars!
