Crumbly Butter Cookie
Ingredients for Butter Cookie:
-Butter: 220 g
-Icing sugar: 55 g
-Salt: 1.5 g
-All-purpose flour: 225 g
-Beat the butter and icing sugar together until pale and fluffy. Add the salt and mix.
-Sift the flour and gently mix till combined.
-Allow the dough to rest in the fridge for at least one hour.
-Shape into cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 12-14 mins or till golden brown around the edges.
